Welcome to Week 10 of Your Training Program!
Lectures and Classes each week are integrated and support your learning and development so we highly recommend you do each of the Lectures and Yoga Classes in sequence where possible.
Please consult your doctor prior to embarking on anything new particularly if you have been unwell or have a prior diagnosed condition. Please note our classes are guided by an experienced professional yoga instructor, however we take no responsibility for any injuries you may suffer as a result of following the program. We will do our very best to ensure that the content we deliver is as guided as possible, however please understand the online environment is not as interactive as in-studio or face to face. YOGA 26: Lower Back
A beginners class for lower back problems. These asana based movements will straighten and balance the muscles of the spine. They will relieve congestion in the abdomen and balance left / right irregularities to help heal even the most severe or long term back disorders. Post-operations or pre-operations or as an alternative. There are many causes of back problems and mild aches should be addressed to prevent serious problems developing. If you are suffering from back pain use these movements or just some of them to begin your healing journey and create enough stability to improve your diet by getting closer to your problem. Be proactive. Take this first step to help you improve your diet and then your diet changes will help with the exercises. Pain relief almost immediately in most cases.
