WEEK 34

Welcome to Week 34 of Your Training Program

Lectures and Classes each week are integrated and support your learning and development so we highly recommend you do each of the Lectures and Yoga Classes in sequence where possible.

Please consult your doctor prior to embarking on anything new particularly if you have been unwell or have a prior diagnosed condition. Please note our classes are guided by an experienced professional yoga instructor, however we take no responsibility for any injuries you may suffer as a result of following the program. We will do our very best to ensure that the content we deliver is as guided as possible, however please understand the online environment is not as interactive as in-studio or face to face. Please take this into account when you make your independent decision to attend our Online Training Program and any other associated programs and activities of RyohoWellness.com.

Also in the lecture is discussed how hog affects the senses and how the tools of yoga releases our memories by accessing the subconscious and making it conscious.

YOGA 105: Power or sitting pose ( Utkatasana)

To stabilise and strengthen core or tandem. To relieve chest and upper body congestion by lowering the centre of gravity. This pose is considered by many to be the most important of yoga poses. This pose unifies all the functions of the body and strives to balance them.

We hope you enjoy it!

YOGA 106: Exploring fish pose. (Matsyasana)

A challenging pose employing full lotus. We can work on different aspects of fish pose but its main goal Is to fully engage the chest. Use the variations of fish pose in this class to treat asthma, bronchitis, coldness, constipation, and overweight. The overriding effect is one of genuine lightness of heart resulting in a happy disposition in all circumstances due to the clarity of mind and the excellent posture that the pose brings to any practitioner.

We hope you enjoy it!

YOGA 107: Supported Headstand (Salamba Sirsasana)

This class explores the possibility of even the most challenged student enjoying the benefits of headstand. Use Headstand Pose to alleviate stomach disorders and chronic problems such as insomnia and headaches. Stiff shoulders, back pain and disorders of the ear eye and nose are treated also with headstand.

We hope you enjoy it!
